The ‘Om Al-Fahem’ is a premium almond, and is not treated with chemicals in processing, so retains its full, natural flavour.
This variety, traditionally grown in the area as it thrives on the arid and rocky terrain, produces a large, sweet almond. Zaytoun almonds are sourced from a farmers cooperative in the Jenin area, and are fairly traded and pesticide-free.
