Do you want to travel to Palestine/Israel with a group of your friends or colleagues? Does your organisation have its own agenda that Olive Co-op can facilitate?

Olive Co-operative can work with you to design and build a tailor-made package to suit the needs of your group or organisation. We can arrange for you to meet almost any other organisation in your sector eg trade unions, churches, media, parliamentarians, women’s groups, co-operatives etc. Please contact us with some details of your needs and ideas.

Sometimes a tour is designed for a small group, and then opened up and promoted on Olive’s website. More people joining the group brings costs down.

Each Olive Co-operative tour includes opportunities to:

• see at first hand the current situation in Israel/Palestine;
• show solidarity with Israelis & Palestinians working for peace and justice;

• stay in the Knights Palace Hotel in Jerusalem’s Old City;
• meet and stay a night with Palestinian and/or Israeli families;

Olive Co-operative services for group tours

Itinerary and visits

Olive Co-operative can arrange the itinerary of your choice. Olive Co-operative will provide you with full, detailed itinerary including contact details. You can either be met by a reliable taxi at Ben Gurion or Amman airport - for £60 the taxi will take you to the door of your local destination - or Olive Co-op can give you detailed instructions for independent travel.

Guidance and training

Olive Co-operative recognises that security could be your biggest concern. Olive Co-operative provides on-line comprehensive guidance information on key issues including security and freedom of movement. As an optional extra, Olive Co-operative can meet the whole group in person, to clarify expectations, explore any issues of concern and answer questions.

Flights

Olive Co-operative will advise on where to obtain the best flights from the UK to the region. Actual purchase of flights is excluded from the tour price.

All your accommodation

Olive Co-operative will secure your reservations with quality hotels run by Palestinians. All rooms are en suite. Single, double or triple rooms are available. In addition, you can experience overnight amazing hospitality with Palestinian families.

Local guides

Local people with knowledge to inform and accompany your group will be indispensable during your visit. Olive Co-operative will provide multi-lingual local guides for your needs. For an additional fee, you can benefit from an experienced Olive Co-operative guide from the UK.

Promotional materials and model booking form

Olive Co-operative can help to promote tailor made group tours to supporters and interested parties. Olive Co-operative can provide photographs, text and even a dedicated page on our website. We take the strain out of complex organisation by providing a model booking form for group members to complete.

Interested in a tailor made tour? Please contact the Olive Co-op office to talk about your ideas and for an initial estimate on price. Detailed itineraries and quotes, for up to four scenarios, can be provided within five working days for £50, and within twenty working days for £10. This quotation fee is refunded upon booking.
